We offer tech support on all Graded systems to the entire Graded community - faculty, staff, students, and parents. How can you get support?
Students may come to the ICT office.
Faculty and Staff
The Helpdesk system is the most effective way for faculty and staff to get support. From the Helpdesk homepage, log in with the same credentials used to access the Graded_School network and school computers. Be as complete as possible - it will help us help you!
Faculty and staff may also email firstname.lastname@example.org. Emailing to this address will automatically open a ticket. Again, please be as complete as possible.
Should staff or faculty need immediate assistance, they may call extension 767 (SOS) from any on-campus phone.
Parents and Guardians
Parents may receive assistance by stopping by or writing to ParentTechSupport@graded.br.
When Are We Open?
Hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Where We Are Located?
The ICT Department can be found in the old front office. Students, parents, faculty, and staff are welcome to visit ICT Knowledge Bar and to get assistance from our skilled staff.
