Information and Communication Technology
Welcome to Graded!
We are a connected, engaged, and forward-thinking community of learners.
At Graded, the Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) provides infrastructure and resources designed to fully support our community, encouraging a culture of innovation, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration on campus, in São Paulo and around the world.
Our device-agnostic network operates seamlessly with devices of any kind, ensuring all our students, faculty, and staff can fully access and use Graded’s digital resources.
All classrooms are furnished with audio and visual presentation systems, as well as wireless network access, ensuring that face-to-face classroom activities can make use of the wide variety of resources that make teaching and learning rich and rewarding.
Google Apps is our main collaboration platform, inside and outside of the classroom. It is fully integrated with many other resources, as well as our student information system PowerSchool. This interoperability ensures anytime-anywhere interaction between students, teachers, and parents. In addition, our robust infrastructure assures all classroom activities, whether face-to-face or online, are completely supported.
In addition to providing the infrastructure, ICT supports teaching and learning and extracurricular activities with a variety of software and hardware. Some of the resources available include graphical and digital design software, 3D printers, video and audio recording systems, laser cutter, publishing technologies, and many others. All aim to broaden our students’ experiences, foster intellectual curiosity, and empower students in their learning. One-on-one support and formal professional development are critical components of our efforts and help foster true distinction in teaching and learning.
The staff in ICT believes that providing excellent resources and timely support ensures the success of every student, every heart, and every mind.
