Student Dietary Needs and Food Allergies

Our Executive Chef prepares customized meals for students with medically documented dietary needs and food allergies.

To notify our Dining Services team of your child’s dietary requirements, please complete and submit the FARE (Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan) form, which is sent to families each year. You may also email nurse.office@graded.br with your child’s physician’s note outlining any food allergies or other medically required dietary accommodations.
