Student Dietary Needs and Food Allergies

Our executive chef will prepare customized meals for students with special medical dietary needs and food allergies. To notify our kitchen of your child's needs, please fill out and submit the FARE (food and anaphylaxis care plan) form, which is sent to parents each year. You may also email nurse.office@graded.br with an attached doctor's note regarding your child's food allergies and/or dietary needs.
