Lower School
The Cafeteria team provides Lower School students with a nutritious morning snack and an afternoon snack each day, emphasizing balanced nutrition and fresh, wholesome ingredients.
The morning snack, served at 8:00 am, includes:
- A whole-grain carbohydrate: whole-grain roll, carrot roll, potato roll, cheese bread, or whole wheat sandwich bread
- A protein: white cheese, mozzarella, Brazilian soft cheese, or quail eggs
- A seasonal fruit
- A serving of vegetables: cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, or celery sticks
- A beverage: 100% fruit juice (with no added sugar), whole milk, or coconut water
In addition, each classroom receives a supply of whole-grain crackers for students who become hungry during the day.
A fresh seasonal fruit snack is also served each afternoon at a time that best fits the students’ daily schedule.
Upper School:
The Cafeteria team offers Middle and High School students two seasonal fruit selections each day.
Fruit is available at seven locations across campus during the morning break (9:30–11:30 am) and afternoon break (1:30–3:30 pm), providing students with a healthy snack option throughout the school day.
