Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Renata Ribeiro Danziere joined Graded in July 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Centro Universitário São Camilo. She later continued her culinary education in Sydney, Australia, at the Evolution Hospitality Institute, where she earned certificates in Hospitality and Commercial Cookery, as well as a diploma in Hospitality Management.

Throughout her career, Renata has served as a chef, sous chef, chef de partie, and head chef at renowned hotels and restaurants in both São Paulo and Sydney. Before joining Graded, she worked as Chef de Partie at the five-star Tivoli Mofarrej São Paulo Hotel, where she was responsible for the Must Bar à la carte menu, room service, and hotel events.
