Meet the Chef
Executive Chef Renata Ribeiro Danziere joined Graded in July 2019. She graduated from Centro Universitário São Camilo with a bachelor's degree in dietary and nutrition science and a master's degree in clinical nutrition. Renata went on to study in Sydney, Australia, at Evolution Hospitality Institute, where she earned certificates in hospitality and commercial cookery and a diploma in hospitality management. She has worked as a chef, sous chef, chef de partie, and head chef at several hotels and restaurants in both São Paulo and Sydney. She recently worked as chef de partie at the five-star hotel Tivoli Mofarrej, where she was responsible for the Must Bar à la carte menu, room service, and hotel functions.
