The registration fee for the conference is R$300 per delegate and advisor. This fee includes:

• Meals for all three days of the conference,
• Conference materials, such as delegate booklets, placards, and stationery.

No additional payments are required for participation.

The conference is open to high school and middle school students from different institutions. Each delegation consists of a set number of delegates per committee, which varies depending on availability. Schools must register their participants before the deadline.
 

GMUN will be held at Graded – The American School of São Paulo from February 27 to March 1, 2026. Delegates are expected to attend all sessions and adhere to the official conference schedule.

Position papers are mandatory for delegates seeking award eligibility and must be submitted by February 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM (BRT). Late submissions will not be considered for awards. Further details regarding the submission process will be provided closer to the deadline.

No. The school will not provide transportation to or from the airport, nor to or from the hotel to the school, on any day of the conference. Delegates and their delegations are responsible for arranging their own transportation throughout the event.
