College Representatives

Dear College Admissions Counselors,

We are happy to welcome you back to the Graded campus! If you have a specific time in mind to visit, please book an appointment via Cialfo or by emailing the Office of College Counseling at occ@graded.br. We currently have three standard options for university visits:

1) College fair-style tables during high school FLEX and lunch on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 11:20 am to 12:40 pm and on Wednesdays from 11:05 am to 12:20 pm. We do not limit the number of institutions that can visit during this time. Unfortunately, because mentoring (advisory) takes place on Thursdays, we cannot welcome universities for this option on these days. Seldom do these events last the entire scheduled time as students disperse to enjoy their lunch. (We are happy to invite you to eat lunch with the college counseling team, though!)

2) Formal information sessions in a classroom after school from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays or from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Wednesdays. We place a limit of just three independent visitors on these events, although we often host groups that travel and present together during these times as well.

3) Through Zoom (online) from 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We limit these offerings to just one per evening to maximize participation.

If you would like to visit, but none of these options meet with your travel plans or availability or if you have alternative programming ideas or requests, please reach out to occ@graded.br, and we can explore other possibilities that meet your needs.

All of the above offerings are dependent upon student availability based upon our school calendar and are filled in a first-come, first-served capacity. For all events, we will solicit student registrations internally and will communicate anticipated attendance should you choose to alter your visit plans.

Additionally, we have been given permission to host city-wide, larger events on campus. If interested in planning such an event beyond the scope of just the Graded community, please be in touch. If you have any questions about these policies or visiting Graded, please contact occ@graded.br.

Getting to Graded

Graded is located in the Vila Andrade neighborhood of São Paulo. We recommend you have your hosts call you a cab and help with directions, or through the widely-used Uber or 99 apps. Drivers have GPS systems and can plug in the school's address. In any case, you may tell the driver: "Por favor, me leva para Avenida José Galante, 425 (quatro - dois - cinco) – fica perto do Shopping Jardim Sul. Obrigada." Tipping is not customary.
