Deadlines are specific to local applicants. International candidates relocating to São Paulo are encouraged to apply at any time.

Families complete the application form and upload the required supplemental documents, including assessment test results, through the Admissions Portal August-October

PK3 - GRADE 1 ASSESSMENT AND INTERVIEW INFORMATION:
We host our youngest candidates and their parents on campus for an assessment. If you live outside of São Paulo and cannot attend the session, we will make arrangements to meet with your family online.

  • K5 and Grade 1 - Saturday, February 8, 2025
  • K3 and K4 - Saturday, February 22, 2025

GRADE 2 ASSESSMENT INFORMATION:
For applicants in grades 2, submitting current MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) test results in Reading and Math are required. If your child does not have these test results from their current school, you can register to take the tests online with us before the deadline. If you are living in Sao Paulo, we require candidates to come to campus to take the test with us on: Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

GRADES 3-11 ASSESSMENT INFORMATION:
For applicants in grades 3 to 11, submitting current MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) test results are mandatory. If your child does not have these test results from their current school, you can register to take the tests online with us before the deadline. Candidates in Grades 3-11 will be evaluated in English Language Usage, Reading, and Math. 

ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS:
Certain candidates applying to Grades 2-12 may be required to take an online WIDA Screener assessment with one of our English Language Learner (ELL) teachers. The WIDA Screener is designed for non-native English speakers to assess their English language proficiency level. If this applies to your child, a member of our Admissions Team will reach out to arrange the WIDA Screener session.
