The admissions timeline and deadlines below apply primarily to local applicants.
International families relocating to São Paulo are encouraged to apply at any time. Before beginning an application, please contact the Admissions Office to discuss space availability in the grade(s) of interest and enrollment timelines.

PK3–Grade 1 Assessment and Interview Information
Candidates applying to PK3 through Grade 1 are invited to campus with their parents for an age-appropriate assessment and family meeting. Families residing outside São Paulo who are unable to attend in person may arrange a virtual meeting with the Admissions Office.
Assessment Dates
- Kindergarten and Grade 1: A Saturday in February or March 2027 (specific date to be announced).
- PK3 and PK4: A Saturday in February or March 2027 (specific date to be announced).
Grade 2 Assessment Information
Applicants to Grade 2 are required to submit current MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) assessment results in Reading and Mathematics. Families whose schools do not administer MAP assessments may register their child to complete the required online assessment through Graded prior to the application deadline.
Grades 3–11 Assessment Information
Applicants to Grades 3–11 must submit current MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) assessment results in Reading, Mathematics, and Language Usage (English). Students who do not have current MAP results may complete the required online assessments through Graded's Admissions Office.
English Language Learners (ELL)
Some applicants to Grades 2–12 may be required to complete a WIDA Screener assessment with one of Graded's English Language Learner (ELL) teachers. The WIDA Screener evaluates English language proficiency and helps determine the level of language support a student may need. If a WIDA Screener is required, a member of the Admissions Team will contact the family directly to schedule the assessment.

** Admissions Committee decisions are based on a holistic evaluation of each applicant, including academic records, assessments, recommendations, interviews (when applicable), and alignment with Graded's educational program.
