We offer tech support on all Graded systems to the entire Graded community - faculty, staff, students, and parents. How can you get support?
Students may come to the ICT office.
Faculty and Staff
The Helpdesk portal is the most effective and efficient way for faculty and staff to obtain support. Open a ticket from the Helpdesk homepage using the same credentials used to access the Graded_School network and school computers. Please be as detailed as possible - it will help us help you!
Faculty and staff may also email firstname.lastname@example.org. Emails to this address will automatically open a ticket. Again, please be as detailed as possible.
Should staff or faculty need immediate assistance, they may call extension 767 from any on-campus phone.
Parents and Guardians
Parents may receive assistance by emailing email@example.com, dialing (11) 3747 4800 ext. 767, or, if on campus, coming to the ICT Office during working hours.
When are we open?
Working hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Where are we located?
The ICT Department is located behind C Wing, towards the Av. Giovanni Gronchi side of campus. Students, parents, faculty, and staff are welcome to visit ICT to get assistance from our skilled staff.
