College Representatives

Dear College Admissions Counselors,

We are delighted to welcome you back to the Graded campus! If you would like to schedule a visit, please contact the Office of College Counseling at occ@graded.br. with your preferred date and time.

We offer after-school, college fair-style visits on most school days:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3:30–4:15 pm
  • Wednesday: 3:00–3:45 pm (students are dismissed early on Wednesdays)

We also offer midday visits on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday during Community Time (11:25 am on Tuesday and Friday, and 11:15 am on Wednesday). Because these visits depend on the High School calendar, they are not always available. If you are interested in a midday visit, please email us to check availability. We would also be happy to host you for lunch with our college counseling team before your presentation.

Please note that, due to the high volume of on-campus visits we host each year, we are no longer able to offer virtual information sessions or meetings.

If you would like to visit but these options do not fit your travel schedule, or if you have an alternative program or event in mind, please reach out to occ@graded.br. We are happy to explore other possibilities whenever feasible.

All visits are subject to student availability and the High School calendar and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We frequently host multiple universities on the same day, which helps maximize student participation and engagement. To ensure a high-quality experience, we limit visits to 10 universities per day. Student registration for all events is coordinated internally by the Office of College Counseling.

In addition to Graded-only visits, we are pleased to host larger city-wide college fairs and admissions events on our campus. If you are interested in organizing an event for schools beyond the Graded community, we would be happy to discuss the possibilities. If you have any questions about visiting Graded or our scheduling policies, please contact occ@graded.br.

Getting to Graded

Graded is located in the Vila Andrade neighborhood of São Paulo.

Most admissions representatives use Uber, which is widely available and reliable throughout the city. We recommend selecting Taxi Promo rather than UberX or Uber Black. Taxi Promo drivers are licensed taxi drivers who partner with Uber and are permitted to use São Paulo’s dedicated bus lanes, which can significantly reduce travel times.

Taxis are also available through most downtown hotels. If needed, simply provide the driver with the school’s address: Avenida José Galante, 425 – Vila Andrade – São Paulo.

Or, in Portuguese: “Por favor, me leve para a Avenida José Galante, 425. Fica perto do Shopping Jardim Sul. Obrigado(a).”

Tipping is not customary in Brazil.
