Graded Named One of the Top 5 Schools in Latin America
Graded - The American School of São Paulo
Graded – The American School of São Paulo is proud to be recognized as one of the top five schools in Latin America and top 150 in the world in the prestigious Global Schools Index by Carfax Education, a leading international consultancy known for curating one of the world’s most respected independent school guides. Now in its fifth edition, the Schools Index is compiled annually by education consultants at Carfax Education. This publication evaluates schools based on academic excellence, facilities, university preparation, distinctive culture, and the extent to which students are equipped for life beyond the classroom.
Carfax wrote: “Graded is a beacon of international education in Brazil, inspiring and challenging pupils through a demanding academic programme combined with a rich tapestry of cultural experiences […] The campus is alive with the sounds of collaboration, as pupils drawn from over 50 nationalities engage in critical thinking and innovative projects, ready for applications to top universities. Facilities include modern science labs, creative arts studios, and extensive sports amenities, all necessary for delivering a truly holistic education. In this cosmopolitan setting, pupils are not just learners; they are active participants in a diverse community, shaping a future that values inclusion and adventure.”
In response to the honor, Superintendent Rich Boerner said, “I am incredibly proud of Graded and what our entire community has accomplished together. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the collective talent, dedication, and vision of everyone involved.”
