Graded Athletes Shine at SAAC Tournaments

Every year, Graded athletes represent the school at the South American Activities Conference (SAAC), an international event in which seven international schools from six nations come together in the spirit of sportsmanship, competition, and camaraderie. SAAC features seasonal sports for JV and Varsity athletes, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, cross country, track and field, swimming, and tennis, providing opportunities to compete at a high level while fostering teamwork and building connections.

In November 2024, Graded hosted SAAC Volleyball and Cross Country. Our athletes delivered outstanding performances, earning them many medals and awards.

Beyond hosting, the Graded Eagles frequently travel to represent Graded internationally. While volleyball players and cross-country runners were competing at home, our swimmers flew off to SAAC Swimming at The International School Nido de Águilas in Santiago, Chile, bringing home a bronze medal for the boys and a 4th place finish for the girls.

Through SAAC, Graded athletes not only hone their skills but also embody the school’s core values of perseverance, collaboration, and respect. These experiences create lifelong memories and meaningful friendships while fostering a love for sports.
