Graded Community Comes Together for a Colorful Festa Junina Celebration

Graded’s annual Festa Junina, organized by the Graded PTA, is a much-anticipated celebration that brings the entire community together to celebrate Brazil's traditional July harvest festivities. 

Students, friends, and families enjoy lively activities, including traditional Brazilian games, festival booths, and bingo with exciting prizes. The event features an energetic quadrilha, where students from pre-primary to grade 2 perform square dancing for an audience of proud parents. Guests sporting traditional checkered shirts, straw hats, and colorful dresses savor delicious traditional treats, including canjica, corn on the cob, and paçoca, while listening to live music with fellow members of the Graded community.
