Celebration of the World Brings Graded's Global Community Together

Graded's annual Celebration of the World (COTW) transformed the campus into a vibrant showcase of the cultures, traditions, and flavors that make our international community unique. Organized by the PTA and supported by dozens of dedicated volunteers, the event welcomed families, students, faculty, staff, and alumni for a day of connection, discovery, and celebration.

The festivities began with the beloved Parade of Nations, as members of the Graded community proudly represented countries from around the world. Throughout the day, guests enjoyed cultural immersion activities, live performances, games, raffles, and many opportunities to win amazing prizes.

One of the event's highlights was the food, featuring booths representing Argentina, Benelux, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Uruguay, the United States, and Venezuela. 

More than a cultural festival, Celebration of the World reflects Graded's commitment to global citizenship and belonging. By bringing together traditions, music, food, and stories from around the world, the event celebrates the many backgrounds that enrich life on our campus and strengthen our community.
