Welcome to the beginnings of the new website for the Alumni Association. As we transition, you will find more features and a much easier way to stay connected with Graded and with each other.

Mission Statement

The Alumni Association seeks to serve the Alumni, promote continuity of interrelations among Alumni, between Alumni and Graded, as well as support Graded School.

Objectives:

Service to Graded School

Leadership

Work with the volunteer leadership and officers of Graded to respond to the school's mission, objectives, goals and plans by proposing and implementing Association projects.

Volunteer Commitment

Support Graded in identifying, cultivating, serving and using alumni time and commitment more effectively; identify, involve and build more effective ties with all Graded constituencies, including alumni, parents, faculty and students as committed volunteers; and bring alumni closer to faculty, students and the school's administration.

Financial Support

Identify, recruit, develop, solicit and steward alumni donors for the Alumni Association and Graded School, to meet the current needs and those of future campaigns; foster relationships with alumni to ensure growth in short and long-term financial support; create joint programs to improve communications with the Development Office to increase contributions to the school.

Communications and Public Relations

Enhance the public image, understanding and support of Graded through alumni activities and accomplishments; capture the enthusiasm of parents and students to broadcast Graded's strength and image as a resource.

Alumni Services

Networking

Create a more effective alumni-to-alumni and alumni-to-student network for professional and personal development, educational and social opportunities; maintain and expand strong ties with and among alumni; and identify, involve and build more effective ties with all Graded constituencies so that they can network more effectively.

Graded Connections

Use existing connections with the school to establish and strengthen ties among the alumni populations; create new connections; emphasize education as an important link to the Association and Graded.

Activities and services

Maintain and enhance alumni participation in the existing structure of the Alumni association and with Graded School; continuously pursue means for a more responsive approach to hearing and responding to alumni needs with services of high quality and superior value; implement means to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Association.
